Sometimes it is perched up higher but most times its been down out of the wind. Kudos to Bryan Wylie who first brought this bird to our attention and got it right.  A rare bird in this neck of the woods/field. Cheryl Directions Take QEW to red hill parkway up to exit at mud street. Follow mud east across to 10th  road east and go north. The other access is up 50 road from QEW niagara and this exit is now closed. Dress warm. Scope is needed.
