BEST WISHES FOR A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL EVENT...

... to all Gators who will be tri-ing and getting it done this weekend!

What an amazing weekend we have ahead with 9 of our athletes competing
including a first time triathlete and and an IRONMAN event!

In case you missed it... Before we get to that, over the past week we've
posted Gator of the Month interviews with Ginny Angus and Sonny Dayrit, our
April recipients, and Gator of the Month announcements for our May
recipients, Beth Wysoczanski and Andrew Slysh.  We also posted an
announcement about our newest addition to the family, Camilla Marie,
daughter of Justin and Angela Wychunis.  All of these can be found under
"Announcements" or "Featured" where we also have two polls, one regarding a
Memorial Day Blue Marsh outing and another regarding best workout days for
our youth Gator families.  And finally under "Announcements" / "Featured",
it's likely still not too late to volunteer at this weekend's French Creek
Racing Tri Fest.

Weekend Workouts: It's going to be a scorcher this weekend, so be sure to
do all of the things you'd typically do in mid-summer such as loading up
with sunscreen and hydration and avoiding working out in mid/late
afternoon.  Some workout options include...

• Saturday 5/21, 7am, starting from Deb Rocco's house: Cycling with Deb and
Patty Trainer.  This is a 60 mile ride to Oley and back.  If you are
interested in joining, please contact Deb or Patty.

• Sunday 5/22, 11:15am-12:15pm, Spring Valley YMCA indoor lap pool:
Uncoached group swim workout

• Do you want to lead a group bike ride or run? We highly encourage you to
share on our Facebook group any rides or runs that you are doing where
you'd like some company!
