In addition to five Whipporwills in the area, the Chuck Will's Widow was calling well last night (Saturday 21 June) between 2200-2230. Bird was vocalising from the previously reported location: the north side of Hill Top Road about 600m east of the intersection of Hill Top Road and Brewer's Road, south of Milford in Prince Edward County. Visitors should be mindful that foilage is heavy along this narrow seasonal road and there is some local traffic even at 2200. Aaron Hywarren OTTAWA
