Hi, all,

Following up on Heather's suggestion, I've crated four possibilities for NCL letterhead to use in the membership solicitation. I crated these in Word, so they are kind of a pain to work with at the moment, but that can be remedied.

Please send in your votes for Door #1, #2, #3, or #4. Alternative designs may also be submitted or suggested.

I'd vote for v4 to list the member organizations (without the year) rather
than the Board of Directors. If w can claim all these organizations for
2015-16 then put in that year. No year is better than 2014, I think. The
Board composition and reps change but hopefully the organization
memberships won't.

Thanks so much, Deborah for coming up with all these options.

HI Deborah,
Thank you for this! I played with mixing a couple of the options - see what you think of this. I added bullets to the member list because it is so long, I added spacing to the board names. I then added the board below the member list - we have the space, so why not? The one things that looks odd is that the org list if from 2014 and the board is 2016. Can we have the member list be 2015-2016? and the board be the same?

Hi everyone,
Attached is a version we used for the presidential survey with a different type of NCL header. This could also probably be adapted to include a list of members.
