THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (August 16-22)!

We do have a very light weekend ahead as far as athlete and sponsor events,
which means it's a great opportunity to take advantage of the many training
options that we and our sponsors are offering throughout the entire week
including our usual rundown plus a Blue Marsh OWS/ride opportunity plus OWS
options from French Creek Racing (Tuesday and Thursday evenings) and
Mid-Atlantic Multisport (Wednesday evening)!  Also, in case you missed it,
this past weekend, which was also light from an event schedule, included
two Gators racing and both achieved PODIUM finishes... Keith Ho won his age
group in French Creek Racing's RiverDay SwimRun event and Cindy Kelecic
finished second in her age group at the Williamstown Badgers Autumn Lake
Triathlon!  Congrats to Keith and Cindy!

Note that on this week's schedule that our evening bike ride start times
are moved up to 6pm and Tuesday morning's club swim workout will be
uncoached.

• Wednesday 8/18, 6:00pm-7:30pm, Pope John Paul II High School Track: Run

• Thursday 8/19, 10:15am-11:15am, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool: Swim
