All,
I am stuck w a conundrum if you have a moment😊
- City approves preliminary plats on several development.
- City subsequently changes the impact fees
- Developer brings in an application for building permit, and is charged the new fee.
* Developer obviously wants to pay the previous fee with is 75% less.
Does the City have the authority to charge the new fee since fees are collected at the building permit stage?
Thanks for any input!
