John Marshall and I observed the male Red-necked Phalarope from 7:10 to
7:40 PM this evening at the shell beach marsh in Guilford. Shell beach
marsh is located at the intersection of CT-146 (aka Leete's Island Rd)
and Shell Beach Rd (this is west of downtown Guilford). When you arrive
at this intersection turn onto Shell Beach Rd. You will see the marsh
immediately on your left. The bird was swimming in the marsh fairly
close to Shell Beach Rd.

Good Birding,
