From Jamie Meyers:

5/20 - Naugatuck, Naugatuck SF -- the CLAY-COLORED SPARROW was present and singing vigorously in the top field on Hunter's Mountain Road this morning around 6:30 AM.

The bird is easy to hear from the road and likes to tee up while singing.  It's a nice one!

If any locals know where there are nesting Tree Swallows in either Naugatuck or Shelton, I'd appreciate knowing where.  Please contact me offline with that information so as to not consume bandwidth here.  Thanks!
