The notice indicates that there will be a requirement to comply with 8 USC 1373. Also, I wanted to pass along an article indicating that a circuit court judge in Milwaukee was arrested by the FBI for allegedly obstructing immigration officials from effectuating an arrest. https://www.cnn.com/2025/04/25/politics/fbi-director-wisconsin-judge-arrested/index.html. The article doesn't reference 1324, but I am assuming that is the relevant statute.
