I set up a new tenant for our organization's installation, and it looked like the install ran properly, but I discovered that all of the editable term lists, the ones you can edit under Administration, are completely missing. Needless to say this prevents the system from running properly when I try to enter data! Where did I go wrong, or how can I fix it?
