Are the manufacturing issues with the waveguide related to tolerances, etc? I know a few people at my alma mater who work in the engineering and manufacturing schools and have access to some pretty spiff CNC equipment. I could see if any of them would be able to manufacture some guides if we were able to provide CAD drawings. It’s mainly a tolerance thing. Paul Wade, W1GHZ, covers it well on his web site.
