Good morning,
A colleague is putting together a language access plan to document its efforts to comply with Title VI's requirement to remove language barriers to municipal services for citizens with limited English proficiency. They are the first in our area to do so and are having trouble finding examples from cities of a similar size and tax basis.
If you represent a city with a population between 100,000 and 500,000 and have a language access plan you are willing to share, please pass it along to me, rarneja@imla.org, and I will pass it along.
Thank you,
