We, Gooding Institute, are waiting to see if our proposed briefing can get a room for either May 17th or 18th. I will hope for the 17th. We've been waiting a while to find out if we have gotten a room reservation; and have someone calling on a regular basis to see if we've gotten it scheduled. I realize that isn't very helpful for the moment. Let me check in and see if our contact might know when we'll find out. I think I know her answer but I'll ask anyway.

Hello, all,
The NCL executive committee is proposing that we hold the spring 2017 Membersâ Meeting on Thursday, May 18, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
The meeting will take place at the American Library Associationâs Washington Office, 1615 New Hampshire Ave NW.
Please let me know if youâre aware of any conflicts that would make this meeting date problematic. If I donât hear any objections by tomorrow at 5:00, Iâll send the date out to the general NCL list.
If this date is approved, weâll have an in-person Board meeting the afternoon before (May 17).
