From Frank Mantlik:
06/02/14 - Woodbridge, Beecher Rd, Community Gardens -- OLIVE-SIDED
FLYCATCHER seen well with scope briefly 6:20 AM, before an Eastern
Kingbird chased it off. Could not relocate it mid-morning. It was
perched in the high dead branches of the tall tree inside the fenced
American Chestnut Tree plot.
Milford, Milford Point -- 3 BLACK SKIMMERS resting on flats near jetty
along beach west of beach observation platform, 2 YELLOW-CROWNED
NIGHT-HERONS.

From Lisa Wahle:
06/02/14 - Kent, N. Kent Rd, Housatonic WMA -- Yellow-breasted Chat
continues.

From Mark Scott:
06/02/14 - Hamden/New Haven, East Rock Park -- Mourning Warbler. This
bird was seen and heard as of 8:00 AM on the road to the summit. From
the main parking lot, go uphill toward the summit (the monument). At
some point you will see a marble pedestal on the left and a red gate
at the same location. The bird was moving around in the shrubbery
between the marble pedestal and the red gate. Note: although people
park at this spot, I believe it is not permitted. The best choice
might be to park at the summit and walk down.  (The Mourning Warbler
from yesterday, along the river path, was not relocated.)

From Ernie Harris:
06/02/14 - Bolton Backyard -- AM; Yellow-billed Cuckoo.

From Steve Spector:
06/02/14 - Milford, Fort Trumbull Beach -- 2 White-rumped Sandpipers
(in with a flock of 120 semipalmated).

 From Marcy Setter:
06/01/14 - Madison, Hammonasset State Park -- morning; we saw a
Yellow-billed Cuckoo at the end of Willards Island.
