We are using Sprint air cards. We have two laptops with Windows XP operating
systems. A friend helped us set it up so that we could use one card and one
computer would be the main computer. For some reason I don't remember
exactly what, we finally got a card and subscription for each computer.  I
think it was because with the network, we had to have the main computer on
to operate the other one.  We also had it set up so we could use one card
separately by moving it from one computer to the other.  But, then, we were
not able to use it on both at once.
If we were more computer savy, we probably would have been able to make it
work with one card and two computers.  But, we decided to bite the bullet on
this one and get a card for each of us.
This has been handy when I had to travel for family matters and Jim stayed
on the boat.  I could continue our online banking, etc., while away.
