THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (January 30 - February 5) and WINTER GFC WEEK 4 ROLL
CALL!

"1/23 Let's Go!" ends tomorrow, but we're just getting started!  Let's end
strong and carry our momentum into February!  During the month we'll kick
off our next club, Gators Club Philly, which will run from February 1
through March 31.  You can earn your way into the club by participating in
a club workout or by doing other tasks.  Watch for an announcement within
the next 48 hours!

FREE EVENT ENTRY GIVEAWAY: In addition we'll start the month on Wednesday
2/1 with our next sponsored entry drawing for CGI Racing's "Love Run 7.6K"
event taking place on Sunday, March 26!  If you would like to be entered
into the drawing, post a comment by tomorrow/Tuesday on Rachel Truckley's
post that is posted under "Announcements"/"Featured".

BINGO! Besides that we'll have our "I Don't Want It, You Can Have It" Bingo
on Sunday 2/19, so start putting together the endurance sports-related
items that you'd like to donate and plan to attend and try to win some
second hand treasures!

GFC rolls on! The Gator Fitness Challenge also continues with weeks 5
through 8, which is another opportunity for you to set and reach some
fitness goals on a weekly basis that will help you to prepare for the
upcoming year!

13 Workouts! This week we're again offering our full workout program
including 13 opportunities to help you get fit; this includes 5 swims, 3
cycling opportunities, and, including our Tuesday run workout and the new
RUNegades group runs and an all new Keystone Running Store group run
(tonight!), 5 running opportunities!

And a final membership renewal reminder before we go over this week's
events...

2023 Membership Renewal: The renewal period (early December through
January) ends TOMORROW/TUESDAY 1/31. Thanks to all of you that have already
renewed your memberships! Starting on Wednesday we'll update our databases,
including Facebook group, email list, Training Peaks accounts, and USAT
club roster to match our current membership at that time.

Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all
workouts that you plan to attend.

GFC Roll Call!: Last week was week 4 of the winter Gator Fitness Challenge,
so it's time for the weekly "Roll Call"! If you completed either or both of
the for week 4 (Monday 1/23-Sunday 1/29), please post a comment...

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (45 minutes of each)
OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) OR...
