Note 1: Only negative reports on the White-winged Dove today.
Note 2: male Painted Bunting not seen after approx 9:15.
Note 3: Eastern Kingbirds might be something even more interesting, so
be alert.

11/25/11- Stratford, Sikorsky Estuary Walk on Ryder's Lane -- possible
female Brewer's Blackbird.

From Mardi & Townsend Dickinson along w many observers:
11/26/11- Stamford - Cove Island Wildlife Sanctuary -- male PAINTED
BUNTING.  We saw The Painted Bunting feeding on Pokeweed around the
circle of the Sanctuary.  Last seen to left of Pump House poking
through the fencing at 9:15AM.  Many observers trying to relocate the
bird until dark.

11/26/11 - Newtown, Holcomb Hill, 55 Great Hill St --  western
kingbird at Holcomb Hill at 4 pm, located at the top of the hill.

11/26/11 - Westport,  Sasco Creek Rd --  Western Kingbird continues in
field and grassland habitat at the CAS H Smith Richardson Preserve.

From Carl Ekroth:
11/26/11 - South Windsor, Donnelly Preserve -- 1 NORTHERN SHRIKE past
2nd platform at 12:30 this afternoon.

11/26/11 - Canton, Yard -- 3 AMERICAN WOODCOCK ( peenting aerial
displays over yard @6am).

11/26/11 - East Haven, East Shore Park - 1 TENNESSEE WARBLER (1st
winter).
