WORKOUT CALENDAR UPDATES: The old switcharoo... Starting this week (and
through next fall), we are transitioning back to Wednesday nights swims,
which will start at 7pm and end at 8pm (3 lanes available). Also, as a
result, through March, we're moving the weekly Zwift ride to Thursday
nights, typically 7:30pm-8:30pm (although this week's ride will be earlier
due to a coaches meeting on Thursday; see details below). Also, our
morning swim coach, Don Schlichtmann, will be out of town in March and the
first half of April... As a result, the morning workouts will occasionally
be coached by another member of our coaching staff or will be uncoached
group workouts... Stay tuned to this weekly post for the plans for the
upcoming week.
GATORS (WELL) DONE! Before we get into more about this week, THANK YOU for
your support of Gatorthon yesterday as runners, supporters, and donors! We
achieved 100% of our running goal with 47 runners completing 8 marathons
and one 50K... Everyone was on time for their slot and successfully
finished their miles beginning with Jr. Gator Lorenzo Torres at 7:15am and
ending with new Gator Justin Wychunis around 3:30pm! Be sure to check out

We have also reached and exceeded our fundraiser goal, which was to at
least collect $1,000 in donations to match club lead sponsor CentreFor
HealingArts $1,000 donation. To date we are at $1,200, which is amazing!
If you have not yet had a chance to donate, we'll leave the fundraiser open

8 (February 21-27) of the winter GFC! If you completed at least one of the
two challenges, please post a comment...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...
