Hello, can anybody on the list please provide tools for converting Rinex filex to CGGTTS file format? I found 2 references - BIPM Time Department Data Base site <https://webtai.bipm.org/database/guidelines.html> mentions the R2CGGTTS tool under ftp://tai.bipm.org/soft/r2cggtts/ - USNO GPS Timing Data and Information <https://www.cnmoc.usff.navy.mil/Our-Commands/United-States-Naval-Observatory/Precise-Time-Department/Global-Positioning-System/GPS-Timing-Data-and-Information/> mentions the RINEX_CGGTTS_c.c file which should be available under ftp://tycho.usno.navy.mil/pub/gps/RINEX_CGGTTS_c.c Apparently, links to both tools are broken due to migration to a different location. .md

Hello Marek r2cggtts is definitely available from the BIPM ftp server but needs an account and password, as I recall. I will check access gain when I get to work. I have the code but I am not sure if it can be redistributed freely. Best to ask Pascale deFraigne at ROB.
