There is an injured red-shouldered (I think) hawk that was on our deck this afternoon.  It flew to a small tree about 20 yards away.  We contacted "A Place Called Hope" and were instructed to capture it and bring it in.  It has been sitting in the tree for about 3 hours and we can't capture it.  Any alternative suggestions?
