##### Ahoy, all! ##### All good things must come to an end, says the proverb, and so must T&T List. ##### When we launched 24 years ago—way back in 1997!—it was the only online resources for folks interested in cruising, passagemaking and living aboard under power. We like to think that all forums that followed were mere copycats. ##### At one point, the main T&T list had more than 2,000 subscribers, with sister lists having as many as 1,000 each. Today, the main T&T List still has 1,447 subscribers, with Trawlers Buy-Sell-Trade at 1,542 and Great Loop at 916. ##### But, for a whole bunch of reasons, traffic started slowing in recent times, and now has completely died without a single post in a long time. ##### Thus, I’ll be shutting down the three remaining lists at month’s end. ##### My huge thanks to Bob McLeran who has served as List Administrator since almost the beginning, 2004 to be exact. The countless hours he has volunteered are just that, countless—and way beyond the call of duty.
