Don and Margie Wilkes found a White-winged Dove
this morning in Tobermory. The bird is hanging
out in a reliable location and has been seen by a
handful of local birders. We were able to get
some decent photos.

Directions:
Take Highway 6 up the Bruce Peninsula. Just as
you're coming into Tobermory, turn right after
the golf course onto Maple Golf Cres. The bird
has been in the vicinity of the first two houses
on the right, moving between a feeder (at # 26)
and the thickets across the street. The thickets
are, well... thick... so the bird can be hard to
spot.

The home owner is birder-friendly, but please do
respect her property.

Happy birding!
