EXTRALIMITAL NOTE: A Whiskered Tern was being seen in Cape May NJ
regularly on Friday. This is only the third record for this species
in North America. (Both prior records were also at Cape May.)

09/11/14 - Simsbury -- A concentrated flock of 26 (twenty-six) Common
Ravens, first spotted by Sam Fried at 6:45 PM, soaring over Talcott
Mountain; approximately one-quarter mile north of Wintonbury Road. The
birds circled in the same location for at least 15 minutes before
settling into the trees just after 7:00 PM.
