For those who were interested in the NEON-enabled FFTW we released a few months ago, the original developers of FFTW have released their own NEON implementation in the latest FFTW beta (FFTW 3.3.1-beta1). It's available at the fftw.org download page now, and we'd suggest transitioning to the mainline distribution once FFTW 3.3.1 is out of beta.
