Simple question -- how the heck do you identify whose Wi-Fi you are
using and call them? Unless it has an identifiable name for which you
can get a phone number- which most do not in my experience.

Ron, as I mentioned in an earlier post, if WiFi owner/operators want to be
contacted, they will provide a phone number or email address as part of the
network name. Perhaps 1 in 1000 do that. Most of the rest have no idea
what they're sharing.
