From Mardi Dickinson:
11/10 - Norwalk, Calf's Pasture Beach Park -- 8:20-8:40 SNOWY OWL
1st year Male was seen off the south west corner off Calf Pasture
Beach briefly this morning only. The bird was roosting along the rocky
shoreline
across the harbor at the Power Plant, to the right of an old wooden
boat ramp.
Distant good looks by scope. This was the last time it had been seen
throughout
The day as I came back several times for additional looks 11:00,
4:40-5:10.
I called Larry Flynn who went out onto his boat and was unsuccessful
relocating
the Owl. Looks as though both the Norwalk and Strattford Snowy Owls
have left
the area. If that is the case they were a joy to observe and I wish
them well
on their Journey back home or to another location. Keep an eyes out in
your
Neighborhood you never know!

Cheers,
Mardi Dickinson
