Here are my top ten minus the many Pelagics I'd like to see. Masked Duck and spectacled eider lead the list, but the list is in no particular order.
White-winged Tern
Spectacled Eider
Colima warbler
Kirkland's Warbler
Stellar's Eider
Common Crane
Muscovey Duck ( it's personal, and otherwise would be replaced by Blue Mockingbird)
Mangrove Cuckoo
Masked Duck
White-cheeked Pintail

They're always personal, Frank! Here's my list also minus pelagics, subject to change at any time (also in no particular order):
Flammulated Owl
Gunnison's Sage Grouse
Little Stint
Green Violet-ear
Eared Trogon
American Flamingo
Berylline Hummingbird
Pacific Golden Plover
Buff-collared Nightjar
Common Crane
plus one bonus bird that would be on pretty much everyone's list: Ivory-billed Woodpecker

Not being a true "lister" anymore, and there being less than 10 non-vagrant species in North America that I haven't seen anyway, my North American wish list is mostly species I've already seen but would like to see again soon (warbler heavy of course):
White-faced Storm-petrel
Mountain Plover
Kirtland's Warbler
Colima Warbler
Tropical Parula
Golden-cheeked Warbler
Red-faced Warbler
Buff-collared Nightjar
Baird's Sparrow
Gray-headed Chickadee (Lifer)
