TWL: Slow e-mail connections &c

A solution for slow e-mail connections and too many messages is to set your
e-mail program to cut off messages after a certain length. As I understand
it, you get the headers and whatever number of lines you want, and after
reading that much, can then decide to request the entire text. Or not.

Microsoft Outlook Help says the following: "On the Tools menu, click
Options, and then click the Mail Delivery tab. Select the Don't download
messages larger than check box, and then enter a number in the box."

PocketMail will do that as well or give you only the headers which is
what I do and then decide to download if I wnat to see the whole
catastrophy (In Zorba's words....)
