Dear colleagues, Hope this message finds you well! Please join me in welcoming Mr. Drew Cox to the Listserv of the Society for Song, Yuan, and Conquest Dynasty Studies. Below please find Dr. Cox's self introduction: I completed my BSc in Audio Technology at Glasgow Caledonian University, then I went on to complete an MSc in Chinese Studies at the University of Glasgow. I recently finished some language training at Shaanxi Normal University in Xi'an. I'm currently an unaffiliated researcher with an interest in music and society in middle-period China. In particular, I'm interested in musical exchanges and transfer between China and surrounding cultures. I'm currently based in Glasgow, and currently in pre-doctoral preparation.
