From Dan Cimbaro:
09/26/14 - East Hampton, Meshomasic State Forest -- First year or
female Connecticut Warbler on trail accessible from intersection of
White Birch Road & Portland Reservoir Road.  Approximately 600 yards
down trail.  Look for an area with dense low undergrowth and nearby
stand of birch trees adjoining the 2nd(?) intersecting side trail.
Note area on left hand side is marked private property but bird was
visible from main trail.  I saw this bird yesterday but had a
less-than-definitive look and returned this morning to re-find it.
Also Swainson's Thrush at same location.
Editor's note: On Google Maps it is the intersection of White Birch Rd
and Portland Rd.

From Paul Desjardins:
09/26/14 - Windsor, Northwest Park -- Purple Finch.

From Dana Campbell:
09/26/4 - New Haven, Lighthouse Point Park, hawk watch -- 3 PEREGRINE
FALCONS, 5 Common Nighthawks, 5 Bobolinks, 8 PINE SISKINS.

From Lynn James:
09/24/14 - New Haven, Lighthouse Point, hawk watch -- 2 Dickcissels, 6
Common Nighthawks.
