THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (November 7-13) and GFC WEEK 5 ROLL CALL!

The Gators Pizza Club is open for business! As announced on Sunday evening,
for the final 8 weeks of 2022 you can earn your way on to the Gators Pizza
Club and, for extra status, earn toppings!  All of the details are included
in the post under "Featured" / "Announcements".  Leave a comment on the
post if you achieve pizza club status and for any toppings you earn! 🐊🍕

Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all
workouts that you plant to attend.

GFC Roll Call!: Last week was Gator Fitness Challenge week 5 (of 13), so
it's time for the weekly "Roll Call"! If you completed any of the three
challenges for week 5 (Monday 10/31-Sunday 11/6), please post a comment...

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (30 minutes of each)
AND/OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (30
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...

• "Plank" if you completed the progressive Plank Challenge that progressed
to 1 minute, 15 seconds (this week is 1 minute, 30 seconds).

• "All 3" if you were a week 5 superstar and completed all 3 challenges!

This Week's Events: Following is a summary of what is happening, now
through Sunday; note that the Thursday Zwift time is now 7pm-8pm (instead
of 7:30pm-8:30pm)...

• Monday 11/7, 7:05pm-8:05pm, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool (4 lanes):
Swim workout coached by Dre Barber. Opportunity to earn the pepperoni
topping!

• Tuesday 11/8, 10:15am-11:15am, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool (2
lanes): Swim workout coached by Don Schlichtmann.  Opportunity to earn the
sausage topping!

• Tuesday 11/8, 6pm-7pm: Run workout coached by Karen Dunn. Watch for
details coming soon!  Opportunity to earn the green peppers topping!

• Tuesday 11/8, 7:15pm, Spring Valley YMCA Cycling Studio: Spin/Strength
workout coached by Don Mack... Will the Gator Guys continue to dominate
attendance?  Or will our Gator Gals make a comeback? Everyone in attendance
earns the mushroom topping!

• Wednesday 11/9, 7:05pm-8:05pm, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool (4
lanes): Swim workout coached by Ginny Angus.  Opportunity to earn the
pepperoni topping!

• Thursday 11/10, 10:15am-11:15am, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool (2
lanes): Swim workout coached by Don Schlichtmann.  Opportunity to earn the
sausage topping!

• NEW TIME: Thursday 11/10, 7pm-8pm: Zwift Meetup - "Neokyo All-Nighter"
route coordinated by Don Mack. An invitation has been sent to all Gators
Zwifters that are following Don.  If you are not currently in the mix and
would like to learn about Zwift and our meetups, please contact Don.

• Saturday 11/12, morning: Group cycling ride? We do not currently have a
group ride scheduled, but we may add one, so stay tuned for an announcement
and/or event post if we do.

• SPONSOR EVENT: Saturday 11/12: French Creek Racing's "Harvest Hare"
(Broomall, PA): Includes triathlon, swim only, run only, and other types of
events; 12 options in total!  At last count four Gators are participating.
