THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (SEPTEMBER 18-24)! As we move from summer to autumn
this week (it happens next Saturday 9/23 at 2:49am) we are also planning
for the transition to our October-December weekly workout schedule. Our
awesome coaching team met last week to plan it and the weekly calendar will
be distributed this week. This transition includes the restart of our
weekday evening Zwift meetups. And also an exciting second year of Gators
Zwift Team Time Trial racing! If you are interested in attending meetups
and have not done so in the past, please contact Don Mack for details. If
you would like to participate in the Zwift TTT racing season, please see
David Stone's post at the following link and contact him if you would like
to participate or have any questions about how it works...

northeast triathlon season is approaching its end, we do have many great
fall events remaining on the calendar including 17 sponsor events between
now and mid-December (including 3 over the next 2 weeks from Kinetic
Multisports [Giant Acorn and Waterman's triathlons] and French Creek Racing

Time Reminders: • Evening cycling: We will continue our outdoor Tuesday and
Thursday coached rides for two more weeks through the end of September
before we transition to evening indoor cycling workouts. The ride start
times will be 5:30pm with finish times between 6:45pm-7pm. • Evening swims:
After Labor Day we began a NEW START/END TIME for our Monday and Wednesday
evening coached swim workouts. The new time slot is 7:35pm-8:35pm. The
reason for the change has to do with the Spring Valley YMCA transitioning
back to pre-COVID hours. • Monday evening Run workouts are back! We have
restarted Monday evening coached run workouts. Karen Dunn will lead 6:00pm
Monday evening run workouts at least through the end of December. Workouts
Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all workouts
that you plan to attend. This helps us plan, so PLEASE take 1 minute to
mark the workouts that you plan to attend. This Week's Workouts and Events:

open water and outdoor pool swim workouts every day; the Mid-Atlantic
Multisport OWS series has come to an end for 2023 and will be back next
