The iguanas I saw in the Keys after the last cold snap were pretty lively and
still able to scamper away pretty quickly as I approached them in my dinghy
with my dog barking at them. I was also under the impression that they die
during cold snaps that reach 40 d.
That's regrettable, because I heard a rumor that they are very tasty
barbecued. Do they taste like chicken? Anybody have a recipe to share?
