Bob & all. We visited the Great Lakes Ship Wreck Museum at White Fish Point. The bell from the Fitzgerald is on display and is my Screen Saver on Laptop. The divers replaced the bell on board the ship with a new bell with the names of the 29 crew members
engraved on it. The Great :Lakes Ship Wreck Museum should be visited it is first class. They have
one building that is a B&B that has five guest rooms. We lucked up and got a room and spent the night
on the USCG Station. As an ex-coastie (Radioman) that was a real treat.
There are pictures of the Mighty Fitz on the lake floor and a model replica made out of LEGO's
on display It was a Great DAy at the Museum.
