Damaged TSC-5110A - recommendations?

I carelessly managed to damage a TSC-5110A. It might be an issue with the 32 MHz clock. A major symptom is that there seems to be something wrong with the frequency counter/voltmeter. With only dummy loads attached to the A/B inputs, the front panel reads 0 Hz 2.7 Vpp on both channels.

Any thoughts?  And which PCB has the frequency counter/voltmeter?

Thanks!
Jim
