An interesting piece of gear I saw at Deltaville Marina, a pizza oven that is placed over a heat source such as a stove burner, camp fire or grill. This oven looked to be able to cook a 12"-16" pizza, but its construction was long enough to most likely cause some difficulty stowing it in smaller boats. On the other hand, for those who desire to make pizzas and don't have a stove that can do it, this could be a solution. I haven't looked, but I'd be surprised something similar could not be found on the internet, googling 'pizza ovens'.
