Neotropic Cormorant was reported this morning near the Port Alma area (~ 1/2 way between Pelee and Rondeau). This morning was overcast with some rain. Fewer migrants were at the tip, but birding is good in the Park. Kentucky Warbler was seen last evening on the seasonal trail in north Tildens at 6:30 PM Kirtland's Warbler was still in the same area at Sanctuary at 8:00 PM last night. Early this morning birds seen at the tip included Spotted Sandpiper, Black-bellied Plover, White-winged, and Surf Scoter. Species in the tip area included White-eyed Vireo. Warblers included Blackburnian, Black-throated Blue, Black-throated Green, Nashville, and a much photographed Palm. Grasshopper Sparrow was still on the west side north of the tip tram loop. Hooded, Canada, Northern Parula, Cape May, Blackpoll and Ovenbird were some species seen in Tilden's or points north in the Park. Prairie Warbler was seen at the south end of Sanctuary.
