I'd appreciate recommendations on any websites which provide precipitation records by month...and maybe maximum winds as well...say by zip code or city name...In other words,for example, how much rain fell at my boat in New Rochelle, NY last month...or so far this month YAHOO weather has easily accessible data, but only monthly averages and records. I was sable to find this at the National Weather Service website for the two "bigger" cities near me, Richmond and Norfolk, VA.
