Every boat will be assigned an individual start time, and finishing place will be compared against ALL the other boats in your Division.

So, Spinnaker Division boats, please feel free to fly your chute for this race.

• In addition to scoring the two divisions named above, we will also publish separate scores for: 1) the Non-Spinnaker Cruising Fleet boats, and 2) the Non-Spinnaker Open Fleet boats.
• Any boat, in any division or fleet, which does not display a sail number, will NOT be included in the race and will not receive a starting time for the June 26 races.

The NBC 2019 PHRF Racing Roster can be found here, including sail numbers (or not), and fleet/division assignments. We confirmed these with all skippers about two weeks ago, but please e-mail if you find an error of have a question.
