Good morning, folks: I have a client with a bunch of policies that have been established by various Resolutions over the years-things relating to water/sewer rates, garbage collection fees, abatement fees for mowing high grass, etc. Basically, the kind of semi-permanent stuff you wouldn't necessarily want to codify by Ordinance. Our Town Administrator wants to compile all of these Resolutions into a Policy Manual of sorts rather than have them all floating around in the ether (and taking up room on the bulletin board).
