Folks,
My community (Salida, CO) is in the middle of a controversy regarding State Hiway 50 which runs on the south edge of Salida. CDOT has commissioned a survey for local input. Many of the question sinvolve potential bicycle facilities. I would like to enlist survey responses form my fellow bike club members. However, I got stumped as early as the second su stantive survey question which asks respondents to vote for one of a half dozen bicycle facility alternatives.
Do you know who could advise me (and, by extension, my bikebuddies) on the issue?
The survey is accessible here:

Based upon the experience with this question in the county/town where I previously lived we found that physical separation like the cycle track result in non-use as the bicycle lane collects dirt and debris that lead to flat tires and skidding.
Hillard sends this with his best wishes for a joyful life for you.
