Dear Colleagues, I’d be embarrassed to harass you again with yet another new member, except that many of those who are joining are younger scholars from Europe and Asia, and this clearly is a great development. So, I would now like to introduce CHO Won ( chowon102@gmail.com ), who has sent this account: I've graduated master's course at Central University for nationalities in Beijing, and studied on the Mongol-Tibet-Chinese relationship at 16-17th centuries at that time. I've finished my doctorate dissertation in this semester, and am supposed to graduate in this July. I wrote on the Darughachi system of the Mongol Empire, especially focusing on the communication and co-work between non-Chinese Darughachi and Han Chinese people in Yuan times. I am interested on the multi-culture, multi-ethnic society, and the interaction between Chinese and non-Chinese at the time of 11-14th centuries. Please join me in welcoming Cho Won to the community.
