"A bird that very much looks to be a Zone-tailed Hawk was photographed
on Chappaquiddick Island in Massachusetts on the 25th. It hasn't been
seen since to my knowledge. CT, RI, and Long Island birders should
keep an eye out. Zone-tailed Hawks look very similar to, and associate
with, Turkey Vultures. This is quite a rarity."
