Nice Propane Stove Modification

BTW, when we changed out our Electric Stove for a Propane one (force 10,
3-burner with oven) we had to remove the old stove cover that had folded back
to use the electric stove top.

I purchased a piece of hardwood butcher block counter top to fit on top of the
new stove between the two counter pieces.  I had to cut out two circular
indentations to go over the two protrusions on the top but that has also kept
the cutting board in place when the boat is moving.

Since the stove is centered in the Galley, this cutting board is nicely
located and dramatically extends the counter space.
This is probably one of the most used features in the galley and it looks
great too!
