THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (February 8-14) and WINTER GFC WEEK 5 ROLL CALL!

Headlines...

• Membership registration is now open online and at the SVY front desk!

be completed by Valentine's Day (next Sunday 2/14) in order to maintain
continuity in your membership.

• Gator logo facemasks are now available for pickup at some coached
workouts, first come first serve, until they are gone!

• There are two sponsor events this month, both taking place Valentine's
Day weekend... FCR's "Frozen Hare 2" (Saturday, February 13; discount code
for all 2021 FCR events is "Gators21")...

We're appropriately in the heart of our winter Gator Fitness Challenge with
five completed weeks and eight to go.  We have a total of 41 athletes (37
Gators and 4 Jr. Gators/Gator Tots) who have logged 287 completed
challenges through week 4! Now it's time to see how we did in week 5! And
it's never too late to join in, so if you'd like to participate, just post
a comment and you are in!

Each Monday we post this "Roll Call" where you can comment back about your
results for the week, in this case Week 4 that ran from Monday 2/1 through
Sunday 2/7... Your reply can be as simple as "SBR" if you completed the
Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (40 minutes of each with caveat that you can
substitute additional run or cycling due to the currented limited swim
options [especially last week with 3 of our swim workouts lost to the
weather], so 60 minutes each of bike and run would earn you the SBR credit)
or "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) or "Both" if you completed both.

Also, this serves as your "This Week in Tri Club" post with a rundown of
the week's club activities, which includes a full 7 days of workout options!

Just a reminder to please observe social distancing before, during, and
after any group workouts in which you participate and always have a mask
with you as those are the best way to ensure that we can continue to offer
club cycling, running, and swim workouts.

Here is what is on the calendar for this week; to assist our coaches with
planning and capacity limits, please indicate any that you plan to attend
on the weekly workouts poll...
