With corrections. All, Tullamore Dew has asked us via a marketing company to be the official charitable sponsor of this event. We will be running two tents one for raffle and auction and another for a dropkick event. We will be wearing Quin gear and recruiting at this event. We will have Denver Harlequin signage on the tents as well as flyers for both recruiting and to explain what our club is all about from a charitable standpoint. So not only is it a great recruiting opportunity but it's an opportunity for us to make money because we will be getting all the proceeds from the raffle and the auctions. We currently have myself, Evan and Caleb set for 7am. (The USA vs. Scotland match is at 7:30 a.m. and the Ireland vs. Romania match is at 11:30.) We need 12 volunteers that day. One station will be manning a silent auction table and the other will be running a drop kick game of some sort.The shifts are as follows: 7am-11am (4 people) 11am-2pm (4 people) 2pm-6pm (4 people)  I divided the shifts so you will not be volunteering during both games. 7am is an early shift; however, if you get it done and over with you have the rest of the day to enjoy some rugby and good old irish whiskey.  We need to have these shifts filled by the end of this week. Please respond asap if you are able to volunteer. This event should be pretty awesome and I hope to see all of you there!
