Has anyone found a "seagoing" 3/4 burner cooktop? These ones without any kind of rail around make me nervous -- just the whims of a rag man who has bounced around a lot of seas. I am thinking of doing that with a convection oven/microwave underneath to save space and get rid of my regular above counter microwave.
