Hello, Everyone,

I just registered with ActiveCaptain and it is an interesting website.  I got
a nice note from Jeff when I also had some difficulty getting registered.  He
suggested his first e-mail may have gotten caught by my spam filter, so he
manually went in to register me.

I think this website is going to be a nice resource.  I tried to go in with a
couple of "Marks" around the area I'm familiar with, Beaufort, SC.  If
everyone who enjoys the site will provide a bit of local knowledge, whether
about anchorages, restuarants, marinas or that uncharted shoal....it will be a
motherlode of information.

Jeff indicated several new ideas that are already in the pipeline and will be
coming on line in the next couple of months, so it is going to just keep
getting better.
