Pres. announced this morning that SA is no more as of midnight tonight.

Actually the DofD has figured out how to do it selectively when needed - but
no more blanket SA.

You should now get 15meters and maybe a little better on your GPS.

I assume I will be getting a refund check from Bill for the DGPS I
installed last year?
