Discussion and technical support related to USRP, UHD, RFNoC
View all threadsHello,
I am a student from University of Science and Technology of China. I bought the USRP b210 board.
I am wondering how can this UHD install in OPENSUSE because I just see ubuntu and fedora is supported in your website.
If it can also be done in OPENSUSE, please instruct me. Thanks!
All the best,
Boyu
Hello Boyu,
openSUSE ships a "uhd" package, which is based on UHD 3.7.2. That will
work with the B210, but it doesn't contain all the bugfixes that
happened by now.
Thus, a simple "sudo zypper in uhd" will install UHD 3.7.2.
If you want a modern UHD, however, don't use openSUSE packages. You
would then install UHD from source, following the build guide[1].
Greetings,
Marcus
